Its supposed to be a reinterpretation of subzero from mortal kombat. My idea is to draw away from the hardcore-Ninja look that he's known for and try something a little different, and come up with a small "backstory:"
-Younger
-Look of a "Rocker"
-Has some form of demonic powers; encases parts of his body in ice
-Cool breath from his mouth makes a shrowd around his neck that flows from his shoulders
-Ice-tail from his head makes for a fun-stabby-weapon
-The more he uses his powers, the more it takes a toll on his body, until there's nothing left
The things I will stay true to with his design are the main themes of frost/mist, ice, and the colors & patters of his outfit from "Deception," minus the pimp-fur.
